Alexander Marcus
Alexander Marcus is Chief Executive Officer and President of ESI Total Fuel Management and an internationally recognized expert in diesel fuel quality management and resiliency planning for mission-critical infrastructure. With more than 40 years of experience across marine engineering, fuels and lubricants, logistics, and critical power systems, Alex has played a defining role in establishing fuel quality management as a core discipline in data center and mission-critical facility operations
Paul Farrell
Guided by God, Paul has spent his career launching, transforming, and growing companies into high-performance organizations. Through prayerful discernment, he navigates complex business dynamics, evaluates culture and talent, and identifies untapped opportunities that spark innovation and drive meaningful revenue growth. Paul leads with a people-first mindset, trusting God to shape his leadership. His track record of building, acquiring, and successfully exiting software companies reflects a deep passion for helping individuals discover and develop their God-given potential. Time and again, his success has been rooted in strong, diverse teams committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. That same people-first calling has drawn Paul into the fight against human trafficking, where he applies the insights and discipline gained from decades of business leadership to support organizations working to combat exploitation and restore dignity. Paul lives in Rosslyn, Virginia, with his wife, Lynne. They have been married for over three decades and are grateful for the blessing of their son and daughter.
Rick Garza
Rick Garza is an experienced financial leader, manager and problem-solver with experience as a full-time CFO, interim CFO, part-time Controller, outsourced financial consultant, and special project activities. Over the past 30 years Rick has been a senior management contributor with organizations of diverse sizes and complexity with revenues ranging from $3M to $500M annually. Rick’s calling has led him to be involved with and assist for-profit, non-profit, domestic, international and Christian organizations as an employee, board member and volunteer. His broad experience with diverse funders, funding sources and implementing partners including US government agencies, foundations, for-profit companies and individuals has provided organizations with essential support for their mission.
Jim Supp
Jim is the Senior Teaching Pastor at Reston Bible Church. He has been in full-time vocational ministry for nearly 30 years in the Northern Virginia area. He has been involved in fast-paced growing churches which seek to respond to the changing culture with Biblical and Gospel focused solutions. Jim is skilled in working with talented and innovative teams to move forward in response to the unique challenges of our time. He is a gifted communicator who is able to study God’s word and bring those truths to bear in a meaningful way in the lives of his listeners. He enjoys leading a church that seeks to be forward leaning in this time in history. He has been married to his wife Sharon for nearly 30 years, who is an attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom seeking to biblically impact culture from a legal perspective. They have two grown children who are a gift from the Lord.
