What is human trafficking? It is exploiting a person through force, fraud, or coercion to engage in commercial sex or provide free labor/services.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Be cautious confronting traffickers and victims!
- Keep yourself and others safe
- Take notes to remember the details
- Try to make eye contact with victims and convey trust that you care about their safety.
- Contact the police tipline or the national hotline to report suspected trafficking or to get help.
